Who Can Register With Us
Eligibility rules
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where we hold the right to operate. We run the casino under an MGA licence (MGA/B2C/491/2022), so we apply a strict single-account rule: one account per person, per household, per IP address and per payment method. If our systems flag a duplicate registration, both accounts are suspended until our compliance team reviews them.
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Accepted: players from most countries covered by our MGA licence, including the United Kingdom
- Restricted: United States, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Portugal
- One account per person, household and payment method
How to Register Step by Step
The registration form
The sign-up form asks for six pieces of information and nothing more. We verify the rest at the KYC stage, so you will not need to upload documents just to play. The whole flow works the same on desktop and on our mobile HTML5 site, with no app download required.
- 1. Open the registration form from any page on richy-fish.org.uk and enter your email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
- 2. Fill in your personal details: full name as shown on your ID, date of birth, and residential address.
- 3. Enter your mobile number for account security alerts.
- 4. Choose your account currency: GBP, EUR, USD, BTC, ETH or USDT. Pick the currency of your main payment method to avoid conversion charges.
- 5. Enter promo code RICHY375 if you want the welcome offer on your first deposit.
- 6. Confirm you are 18 or over, tick the box accepting our terms and conditions and privacy policy, then submit.
- 7. Click the link in the confirmation email we send within two minutes to activate your account.
Verify Your Account With KYC
Documents we need
Our compliance team processes verification documents within 48 hours of upload. You can play and deposit before verification, but we must complete your KYC check before the first withdrawal leaves your account. Send clear, colour photos or PDFs with all four corners visible and every detail readable.
- Photo ID: passport, national ID card or driving licence, valid and in date
- Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter issued within the last 3 months
- Payment method verification: a photo of the card (front and back, middle digits covered) or a screenshot of your e-wallet or crypto wallet showing your name

When Registration Goes Wrong
Common fixes
Most sign-up issues are resolved in one message to our 24/7 live chat. Before you contact us, check the three situations below, since they cover the majority of cases we handle. Since our launch in 2022 we have kept the support queue staffed around the clock, so you will reach a person, not a bot.
- Confirmation email missing: check your spam and junk folders, then request a new link from the login screen. Links expire after 24 hours.
- Duplicate account warning: if you already registered years ago or with a different email, contact support instead of opening a second account, which breaches our terms.
- Verification declined: the usual causes are cropped document edges, a blurred photo, an out-of-date ID, or a proof of address older than 3 months. Resubmit a clear colour copy and we review it within 48 hours.
- Promo code rejected: check that you spelled RICHY375 correctly and that your deposit is at least £20 and not made via Skrill or Neteller.
Where to get help
Our support desk answers live chat messages within about a minute at any hour. You can also email [email protected], and we reply within a few hours. For account limits and self-exclusion tools, including GamStop registration, the same team handles those requests directly.
